Abstract

Dagmawi Yimer: a new gaze on contemporary Italy. The aim of this paper is to analyse how contemporary film director Dagmawi Yimer translates the social changes and the cultural ‘transits’ in our society, setting them in a wider historical perspective, and by means of new aesthetics and narrative styles.
